for Independent Web Designer working knowledge with web 2 and 3 standards/SEO.
The primary purpose of this position is to design and develop websites with very strong knowledge on the latest web standards.

Creative, , Quick learner, aggressive attitude, confident, self starters.

Designing the layout of the UI and component placements
·
Develop a UI prototype for the suite
of applications
·
Develop and maintain UI design standards in line
with the group and project strategy
·
Responsible for image editing & layout designing.
·
Create and manage style sheets and templates for web sites.
·
Develop fully optimized/cross platform front-end code in
table-less CSS/XHTML.,XML
·
Excellent knowledge of internet protocol (HTTP, TCP/IP) and
IIS
·
Ensure design integrity and consistency in implementation,
across browsers.
·
Monitor and optimize page download/rendering speeds.
·
Resolve bugs and cross browser compatibility issues.
·
Collaborate with technical team to work around technical
constraints.
